I am Eeva Nummi, a researcher and practitioner working with dialogue, embodiment and collective thinking in the contexts of organizing, leadership and change.
My work creates space for thinking together, meaningful encounters, and the renewal of how we work and relate.
I collaborate with individuals, teams and organizations, particularly in situations where complexity, uncertainty or change call for deeper understanding and new directions.
My research develops a regenerative perspective on embodied dialogue, exploring how dialogue can function as a living, relational process that supports renewal across individual, collective and systemic levels.
